Anne Amie Shines at Pinot Days

Last weekend Pinot Days invaded San Francisco and the best-of-the-best California Pinot Noir producers showed their best wines. The result: the Pinot Noir wines of Anne Amie were ranked at the very top of of all those great wines by Alder Yarrow on Vinography. We were, of course, very confident our wines would show well, but wondered how our higher acid and more firmly structured style would play to all those "California" palates attending. No problem! There at the very top of the rankings was our 2003 Yamhill Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir, followed shortly by the 2003 Laurel and Hawks View Pinot Noirs.
