Mat Garretson Tasting and Wine Dinner
We are pleased to announce a new series of events that features our winemaker, Scott Huffman, hosting guest wine producers from around the world. Our first guest will be winemaker Mat Garretson, owner of Garretson Wine Company in Paso Robles California. Dedicated to varietals from France's Rhone Vallye, Mat's wines, including Syrah and Viognier, are limited in their production, highly sought after, and universally praised. http://www.garretsonwines.com/

1pm – 4pm Reception and tasting with Mat Garretson and Scott Huffman. Free event. Appetizers will be served.
A Caprial's Bistro Dinner with, Mat Garretson at Anne Amie Vineyards
We also enlisted the services of renowned Northwest chefs Caprial and John Pence (Caprial and John's Kitchen ) to create a dinner menu that pairs specifically with Mat Garretson’s wines. Caprial and John will take a page from their Southeast Portland bistro and dazzle you with a 5 course dinner.
7pm – 10pm Dinner with Mat, Scott, Caprial and John ($125 a person – reservations required)

- Passed Appetizers
- Crab Cakes with Ginger Aioli
- Wild Mushroom Soup
- Braised Duck on Pappardelle Pasta with Roasted Shallots
- Almond Cakes with Caramelized Honey
